“Heaven and earth and sea, and everything that is in them, such he has as his abode.” – St. Patrick’s Creed
The Celtic Eucharist at Old St. Andrew’s is a special liturgy rooted in the worship of ancient Celtic communities over 1500 years ago. The words of the Celtic Eucharist are the exact words, translated from Latin and Celtic, – fresh, vibrant, simple, direct and full of wisdom. They are words of Life: the Life that God has breathed into creation; the Life that breathes through us and overflows from within us, reaching out to heal this wounded world; reaching out to others to make our wounded selves whole; and reaching out to embrace our God with love, just as God embraces us.
